James C. Roberts III, Managing Principal of Global Capital, regularly works with Avv. Manasse, especially in the disruptive tech world where IP rights transfer through a series of license agreements from creators to partners to distributors.  

 

He counsels clients who create, finance, distribute or use Disruptive Tech, ranging from Fortune 100 companies and larger Italian corporations to scaleups and startups and museums in digital media, VR/AR/XR, medtech, AI, blockchain and greentech.

James regularly lectures at US and Italian universities on strategic and legal issues.  He sits on the Steering Committee of the Creative Media & Behavioral Health Center of USC and is a Director Emeritus of the Mayme A. Clayton Library & Museum.
